Refund Policy – Psychopedia

At Psychopedia, we aim to provide a fair, transparent, and Israel-compliant refund experience. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding refunds for live sessions and digital products.

1) Live Sessions (Zoom / Real-time Classes)

• No refund if the session has started or if you attended any part of it.
• No refund for no-shows.
• If a Psychopedia technical issue prevents access (e.g., broken Zoom link, platform failure), we will reschedule the session at a time confirmed with you.

Israeli Consumer Protection Law allows cancellation within 14 days from purchase, provided cancellation is made at least 2 business days before the session begins. For time-specific events, a 7-working-day cutoff may apply.

2) Digital Products (PDFs, Exams, Downloads)

• Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
• If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will replace or re-provide it at no cost.

Under Israeli law, cooling-off rights apply to distance sales. However, once digital content has been delivered or consumed, refunds are not applicable. This is disclosed clearly prior to purchase.

3) Cooling-off / Eligibility Window

• Standard Israeli rule: 14 days from purchase (distance sales).
• For senior citizens (65+), people with disabilities, and new immigrants, cancellation may be allowed within 4 months if the transaction included a conversation with the supplier (including electronic communication). Documentation may be required.

4) Fees & Timing

• If a statutory cancellation right applies, a cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may be deducted.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

5) How to Request a Refund

• Full name
• Plan/course name
• Purchase date
• Reason for the request
• (If applicable) A brief note on any technical issue you experienced
